As we look back on 2025, our hearts are full.

Last year was made up of countless moments of joy, laughter, connection and care – and every single one of them was only possible because of you.

Your generosity and kindness have helped us create meaningful experiences, special memories and so many smiles for our residents throughout the year. Every smile you see, every celebration captured, every moment of happiness shared in this video is a direct result of the love and support shown to Jersey Cheshire Home. As Jersey’s only residential facility for adults with physical disabilities, we simply could not do what we do without our incredible community standing beside us.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with hope, excitement and gratitude – knowing that together we can continue to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
