Aileen – Creating joy through wellbeing

Aileen’s journey with Jersey Cheshire Home began as a Healthcare Assistant, with a key focus on residents’ wellbeing and safety. Today, as Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator, she plays a key role in enriching the lives of our residents by organising engaging activities and special events. From Wet Wheels outings to Move More sessions, her passion for creating meaningful experiences is evident.

Aileen’s dedication doesn’t stop at work, she has even taken on personal challenges to support Jersey Cheshire Home, such as conquering her fear of heights to complete an ∫ raising vital funds for the home.
