Heart Awareness Day

Join us at our new Community Centre on 27th February 2024 for our Heart Awareness Day.

Jersey Heart support group are attending just to give advice and/or be there to share stories experiences etc. Carolina Almeida (specialist nurse) will be doing screening and a heart awareness presentation.

Join us from 14:30 – 17:00.
