Adrian – The backbone of Catering & Facilities

Originally joining as Head Chef, Adrian’s role has grown significantly over his 16 years with Jersey Cheshire Home. Now in the position of Catering and Site Facilities Manager, he ensures the smooth running of both a busy kitchen and all site operations, from meal planning to managing major infrastructure projects.

“Meal times are a highlight of the residents’ day, and I take great pride in delivering a catering service that brings them joy. But beyond that, I also love tackling the unexpected—whether it’s fixing a boiler or planning a major refurbishment.”

A natural problem solver, Adrian is known as the go-to person when things need to be fixed, improved or reinvented.
