Join us for a special Afternoon Tea in support of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, organised by Jersey Cheshire Home and taking place at the Radisson Blu on Tuesday 1st December, from 3pm until 5pm.
This wonderful afternoon will bring people together to enjoy delicious food, good company and a relaxed atmosphere while supporting an important cause close to the heart of Jersey Cheshire Home.
Guests will be treated to a traditional afternoon tea, with a tempting selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, cakes and sweet treats, accompanied by traditional scones with cream and preserves. Served alongside tea and refreshments in the comfortable surroundings of the Radisson Blu, it promises to be a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with friends, family or colleagues.
The event is being held in recognition of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which promotes greater understanding of disability issues and supports the dignity, rights and wellbeing of people with disabilities.
Jersey Cheshire Home provides care, support and opportunities for islanders living with physical disabilities, helping people to live fulfilling lives with as much independence, choice and dignity as possible. Events such as this help bring the wider community together, raise awareness and celebrate the contribution people with disabilities make to Island life.
By joining us for Afternoon Tea, you will be showing your support for Jersey Cheshire Home and our continuing work to enhance the lives of islanders with disabilities.
Tickets are £35 per person, and places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
