I’m proud to share Jersey Cheshire Home’s 2025 Annual Report. A year defined by progress, resilience, and transformation.

Key achievements include:

✓ Supporting 32 residents with 24/7 specialist nursing care
✓ Delivering 2,239 rehabilitation sessions to members of the wider disabled community
✓ Maintaining full regulatory compliance while continuing to provide high-quality, person-centred care
✓ Investing in our people through 56 training sessions, with 98% of participants reporting increased knowledge and confidence
✓ Strengthening our financial position, increasing income to £3.22 million and reducing the operational deficit from £566k in 2022 to £210k in 2025, bringing us closer to operational break-even
✓ Reducing operating costs by £9,300 per year through renewable energy initiatives
✓ Generating £3.49 of social and economic value for every £1 invested in our work

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our colleagues, volunteers, supporters, donors, families, and residents.

Together, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Islanders with disabilities, creating opportunities for greater independence, inclusion, and well-being.
